Program Overview
Cnai Accelerator is a gender-inclusive, Cambodia-focused program initiated by Emerging Markets Entrepreneurs in collaboration with international development organizations.
As the sole investor-led accelerator in the industry, our mission is to foster impactful and gender-inclusive startups and SMEs in Cambodia, preparing them for investment readiness. EME, as investors, provides guidance to cohorts, facilitating connections with international investors, and supporting fundraising efforts post-program.
Since its 2022 launch, Cnai Accelerator has gained popularity in the Khmer ecosystem. Founders appreciate its emphasis on core business fundamentals, extended collaboration opportunities, 1-1 long-term mentorship, and customised funding support. In our second year, with support from original and new funders, we've broadened our partnerships.
Leveraging our post-program support framework, honed through extensive experience, we address entrepreneurs' ongoing needs during business scaling. Cnai has achieved significant milestones, facilitating fundraising, securing free office space, and negotiating substantial investments.
As investors deeply involved in post-investment support in emerging markets, we've developed a program founders appreciate, and partners support its growth. Our collaboration aims to catalyze the Khmer startup space, unlock untapped potential, and contribute to sustainable economic development.

“The Cnai curriculum was challenging but highly rewarding. If you genuinely want to build your entrepreneurial skills and are willing to put the work in, you come out of the program as a completely different person (a better version). The Cnai program has broadened and deepened our perspective and knowledge on how to run a business, respectively. Our business was fortunate to be selected for the Cnai Sprint Stages, during which we received continuous support, both financial and non-financial. The financial support has helped our business’s cash flow and overall growth. More importantly, the Cnai team has been providing us with valuable and honest advice/opinions so that we steer our business in the right direction. Also, the team helps us put gender-lens investing at the forefront of our business. For that, we are eternally grateful.”

"Cnai's guidance on OKRs has been extremely practical and helpful in helping us to gain a better understanding of our overall vision and key objectives. It has provided clear actions to achieve our North Star metric, enabling us to focus our efforts effectively. By identifying and eliminating activities that do not contribute to our North Star, we can set clear goals and make meaningful progress towards our objectives. This guidance is of paramount importance and has greatly contributed to our business success."
