EME has a wide network of "giants": leaders from local and international businesses that understand growth in the face of adversity and success where others have failed. We work with these leaders to support our portfolio companies, matching problems with people who have overcome similar challenges and are ready and motivated to share their lessons with others.
EME develops a mentoring programme specific to each of our portfolio companies. We do this by first understanding the challenges and ambitions of the companies we're investing in; then we develop a plan including skills training, strategic guidance and operational support; finally, we revisit the challenges and support plans regularly, to ensure our companies are always receiving the best and most valuable mentoring from those with the ability to deliver it.
